Karasu is a Japanese restaurant & cocktail bar in Fort Greene. 

The restaurant is a seasonal izakaya in spirit. All dishes are meant for sharing and are informed by the idea of washoku, a culinary philosophy that aims for balance across a meal by covering a diversity of flavors, textures and colors among a spread of dishes.

Cocktails are reinterpreted classics, served alongside sake, shochu, and Japanese whisky - all chosen to compliment the cuisine.
